Shipping policy

Each order is hand-packaged with love and typically ships within 24-48 hours. 

After you place an order, you will receive email notifications for when your order has shipped, is out for delivery, and has been delivered. 

Shipping times are in addition to production times and will vary based on the service you select at checkout. 

Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot promise or guarantee delivery dates for shipments and are not able to refund original shipping fees paid if the order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. 

Furniture & Large Items: 
Furniture and oversized items cannot be shipped, however, they can ordered online and picked up in-store, or local delivery is available for an additional fee—please reach out for details.
